Lindsay Bailey was consecrated a Minister of Word and Service--a deacon, June 2, 2018 at Bethel Lutheran Church, Middleburg Heights, Ohio (Lindsay's home church). Deacon Lindsay, called to serve by the people of St. Matthew, is the first deacon consecrated in the Northeastern Ohio Synod under the recently unified ELCA Roster of Word and Service.
